On a wet Sunday afternoon, I blew out my back tire. With most tire places closing early and me being financial strapped, I got in touch with Neil from Pinellas Roadside Repair. Neil communicated and figured out a way with the many payment options they offer. After he arrived, a new problem came up as my partially blown out tire was burnt onto the rim. He brainstormed and went above and beyond and was able to blowtorch the blown out tire off the rim carefully and successfully replace a new tire on it. Saying the service was excellent is an understatement. He always kept me up to date and did everything possible to help me get my tire fixed on a Sunday night, no matter the amount of new problems that would arise. Would recommend Neil and this company to everybody. Would give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you PRR!!!

I can’t recommend Neil enough! I got a nail in my tire while at work and it started deflating fast. I called Neil and he got to me from Clearwater to st Pete beach in record time. He patched my tire, checked everything thoroughly, made sure to mark my sensor and where the nail was removed and had me back on the road quickly—no tow needed, no stress. Super communicative, friendly, and genuinely awesome to work with. AAA wouldn’t have done half of what he did—they would’ve just towed me. Support local and give Neil a call if you’re ever in a jam. Total lifesaver!

We had a FLAT tire 3 hours from home, we called this company, got a hold of Neil and he had it all taken care of in under 2 hours. He was super helpful and so quick ! Know who I’ll be calling if I need any more repairs when I’m in the area ! Thanks again Neil !!!

Neil was amazing and a great help!! He went above and beyond to help us repair our tire after 5pm, got a new tire for us and the process took less than 15 minutes!! Wonderful service, would recommend to everyone!! Thank you Neil!!
